OMG! I just returned from an overnight stay at this hotel. The phone and the alarm clock were not working. The carpet had stains on it and smelled bad. The air conditioning was more like a fan set on low..... The bathroom floor was disgusting. There were boogers and smashed bugs on the bathroom walls. This place was disgusting. I don't recommend this hotel to anybody. Save the extra dollars and go to a quality hotel.

Front Desk did not ask for any form if identification at check-in · Faulty smoke detector in room (which was completely removed and not replaced by hotel manager) · Mold on shower tiles · Phone in room did not work · No soap in bathroom · Cigarette burns on bedding · Denied an extra pillow from the Front Desk · Denied an ashtray (in a smoking room!) and were instructed by hotel employee to "use a plastic cup and put some water in it" · Dirty towels from a previous guest were still hanging on the bathroom door · Filthy public restroom in hotel (including overflowing trash cans and feces on the wall) · Poorly maintained swimming pool · Loud music and unruly guests within 10 feet of our window which lasted until 12:30 am (several complaints were made to the Front Desk, which were useless) · Several rude employees. All of the above issues were reported to the hotel and absolutely nothing was done to correct any of them. We also requested to be moved to a different room and were told that there were no rooms available (even though the sign outside of the hotel stated that there were in fact rooms available).

WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN...ROOMS WERE DIRTY, MOLD ON WALLS , I PULLED BACK TOP BLANKET THERE WAS DARK HAIR AND DROOL STILL ON PILLOW!!!WORST HOTEL EVER, STAFF WAS RUDE RESTAURANT WASNT GOOD , DONT STAY HERE IM WARNING YOU

This place was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. There were no mattress pads, the towels were stained, the carpet smelled moldy, there were clothes left in our room (presumably from the previous guest?). The housekeeper was incredibly rude. I will never try to save a buck again my skimping on the price of a brand name hotel that I know and trust. And I will NEVER use this chain. G-R-O-S-S, gross.

Stayed here the weekend of the 4th. Checked in around 3 went to the park around 5. When I returned to the hotel money was missing out of my purse. I assume it was someone who is part of the maid staff. That's what the police report said. They were able to do a scan of who had entered my room and a maid used their key card on the evening of our check-in. Not to bring us towels or make our beds, we had only checked a few hours before. My fun weekend ruined with 4$ left on me. If you do stay.....use the safe.
